Who we are

RCC is built by scientists for other scientists. The team building this new version of the RCC service and ClusterDocs is:

The work combines research-computing experience, infrastructure engineering, security, reproducible workflows, training, and day-to-day support for RCC users.

Contact us

The best way to contact the team is the IKIM Cluster channel on Mattermost. Use the channel for:

• questions about getting started or choosing the right workflow;
• help interpreting an RCC or Slurm error;
• feedback and corrections for ClusterDocs;
• questions about current access and supported services; and
• requests that need discussion with the RCC team or other experienced users.

Do not post passwords, private SSH keys, access tokens, patient identifiers, restricted sample information, or other sensitive project data in Mattermost. Describe the issue without sensitive values and the team will arrange an appropriate follow-up route when necessary.
